Azure Blob Storage is

It provides five access tiers, including a Smart tier that automatically shifts data between Hot, Cool, and Cold based on usage, three blob types optimized for specific operations, and always-on transparent 256-bit AES encryption compliant with FIPS 140-2.
MinIO is an S3-compatible object storage whose open-source version is no longer maintained.
