🆚 Entypo vs. Fontello
Type
About
Entypo is an open-source SVG icon library that provides over 400 interface and social pictograms.
Earlier versions also offered an icon font format, which can still be obtained through third-party services such as Fontello and
Fontastic.
Fontello is a free web-based icon font generator that lets users build custom icon packs by selecting glyphs from multiple open-source icon libraries, including Font Awesome,
Entypo, and
Typicons.
The service generates icon web fonts with CSS and demo files, supports SVG-to-font conversion, Unicode character mapping, and customizable font naming, and helps reduce website asset size by exporting only the selected icons.
