It provides more than 60 UI components, over 5,000 theming variables, more than 250 component variations, an inheritance-based theming system, built-in animations, form validation, and integrations with frameworks such as React, Angular, Ember, and Meteor.

Foundation is an open-source responsive framework that provides a customizable grid system, a library of UI components (Building Blocks), HTML templates, and JavaScript plugins.

It includes keyboard accessibility, screen-reader support, ARIA attributes, device-adaptive visibility controls, and two types of grids (Flexbox and CSS Grid) to enable advanced layout control.
