ImagesLoaded is an open-source 
JavaScript library that detects when images and 
CSS background images have finished loading, allowing code to run only after loading is complete.
It supports both vanilla JavaScript and 
jQuery, detects images within descendant elements, and reports loading progress and failures.
Jotai is a lightweight state management library for 
React that uses an atomic model, where small independent atoms compose into application state.
It provides primitive and derived atoms, a 2 KB core, server-side rendering support, persistent atoms that synchronize across browser tabs, and extensions for 
React Query and XState.
