Microsoft FrontPage was a WYSIWYG 
HTML editor and website administration tool that was part of 
Microsoft Office until it was discontinued in 2003.
It offered drag-and-drop page design, automatic hyperlink management, built-in templates, and integration with Microsoft technologies such as Active Server Pages (ASP) and FrontPage Server Extensions for publishing dynamic content.
Vim is a free and open-source, highly configurable text editor for geeks that works from the command line or a graphical user interface.
It uses separate modes for navigation and text insertion, and supports syntax highlighting, plugins, multi-level undo, multiple windows and tabs, and HTML tag navigation via text objects and macros.
