About
The Arcot Network is a payment authentication network that enables card issuers, merchants, and payment processors to authenticate cardholder identity during online payments.
It is built on the 3-D Secure protocol that Arcot co-created with 
Visa in 2001, and provides fraud scoring based on the Arcot Global Data Consortium, machine learning rules for automated authentication decisions, and exemption handling for Strong Customer Authentication and PSD2 compliance.
The Forter Trust Platform provides identity protection, payment optimization and fraud prevention for digital commerce.
It uses a global identity graph, data from thousands of merchants, and machine learning to issue most decisions in under half a second. In addition, it includes tools for reducing false declines, optimizing 3DS and issuer interactions, and preventing abuse like fake accounts, chargebacks, and promo-fraud.
