W3.CSS is an open-source, pure CSS framework developed by the W3Schools team, designed for building responsive websites without JavaScript.

It offers a mobile-first grid system, flexbox-based layout components, a variety of CSS classes for cards, lists, buttons, navigation bars, modals, colors, and margins, and 50 pre-built responsive templates.
