GitWeb is a Perl-based web interface for browsing 
Git repositories that is provided as part of the Git project and available as a CGI script.
It offers read-only access to repository history, supports viewing commits, branches, tags, diffs, and file trees, and generates 
RSS and Atom feeds for updates.
Google Code was a code hosting service for open source projects. It was discontinued in 2016 and is now available as an archive.
