About

Magnite is an omnichannel supply-side and CTV/video advertising platform formed in 2020 through the merger of Rubicon Project and Telaria.

It combines Rubicon's programmatic exchange capability with Telaria's connected-TV expertise to enable publishers to monetize across CTV, display, video, mobile, and audio formats.

Microsoft Invest was a demand-side ad management platform created after Microsoft's acquisition of Xandr to facilitate programmatic media buying.

Microsoft later retired the standalone platform to consolidate its advertising technologies and integrate buy-side capabilities directly into Microsoft Advertising.
